Description

Yoga in the outdoors is a great way to start your day. Breathing, mindful walking, stretching and more are all part of these classes. During inclement weather or hot conditions, this class may be moved indoors. Well-behaved dogs are welcome and during cooler weather many dogs take their owners on a walk to Trout Lake. Cost is $5/class.
